Shipping
Postage and packaging costs are based on single item deliveries to addresses in mainland UK. If however you require more than one item to be delivered as part of your order, we can arrange a multiple item delivery price for you. Items for delivery outwith mainland UK are subject to alternative delivery methods, so please contact us to arrange this type of delivery for you.
Returns Policy
Under the distance selling regulations it is your right to return an
item within 7 working days of receipt. If the contents of your order are
damaged upon arrival (photographic evidence will be required) Alternative Merchandise Ltd will issue
a full refund for your payment and the return shipping costs when the
goods are returned to our address supplied. If the buyer wishes to cancel the order and
obtain a refund the item must be in the same condition as it was when
it was sent, and the buyer will pay the return postage. The buyer remains
the owner of the goods until they are returned to Alternative Merchandise Ltd, and it is the
buyer's responsibility to provide a trackable, secure well packaged
return.
